Rapunzel

Wore my new Rapunzel, from Tangled, cosplay on Närcon in July! Scandinavias biggest convention.
Oh my, the hair was sometimes full of bees thinking that there was real flowers. Those poor things.
I used the most watched tutorial for making my braid and this is the turnout. I hope to get more pictures up ahead.
The weather was unbearably hot.. you could walk around in a swimsuit and still sweat beads.. And the last day it instead rained the whole afternoon. Just.. why?

Oh well! I ordered the center part skirt fabric and flowery fabic used for the corset from Spoonflower. Handpainted the pattern on the skirt and handstitched the hem on the arms. It is also.. a real corset which turned out the way I wanted but made my day just much harder to endure because it was sooo warm.
