Oooh! Awesome :3 BRS is such an awesome character~ Thank you very much, that makes me happy (///u///)

Well I don't have the skills to make a good flame so I made a make up instead, and also I did not have any circle lenses for BRS which one should probably have since they are so bright blue :>
I just used a primer and the 3 nyanses of blue eyeshadow (make sure they can last the whole day with or without sealing spray, very cheap hair spray can work as sealing spray) and blended it upwards and then I took a blue eyeliner with shimmer and made streaks in it to sooort of resemble a flame. You can also here use different blue colours, rather use liquid eyeliner than a pen. Works better with the eyeshadow :3 And you can also use white for shimmering effect. Just make sure you put on ALOT of blue and go wild because if you have it bleak or only close to the eye it might look like a bruise instead D: And you don't want that. And of course~ my go to for BRS. Buy blue eyelashes and glue two pairs of eyelashes on the eye you want to make a flame on :D The black on the bottom, frames your eye much better, and the blue on top. Makes it look... "flamey" haha ^^;

Also remember how pale she is. You can definitely use white powder instead of ivory if you have a fair complexion, otherwise use a brighter powder than your colour and you will look more pale like her :3 She is almost white..

Sorry for such a long answer. I hope that it was.. somewhat helpful I am a dummy!  Make sure to send me pictures of your BRS when you are done! :heart:
